Microneedling + PRP

Microneedling + PRP sessions are $600 each which includes face only. Additional areas (neck, décolletage, scars) can be added on for $100 per area. 

Package of 4 sessions (20% off) $1920 paid upfront (each additional area also 20% off, $80 per area)

Package of 6 sessions (25% off)

Bloodwork and Pap Smear

Labs/Paps can be run through your insurance or you can pay our competitive cash rate.

No insurance or high deductible plan? No problem. 
$150 cash pay rate for CBC, CMP, Fasting Lipid Panel, TSH + Free T4, Vitamin D, B12

$125 STI Blood Panel

$200 cash pay rate for routine pap smear ($250 for Pap + STI testing)
*if a pap comes back abnormal - it may be necessary to refer out to a gynecologist for a colposcopy, these are not performed at the clinic 

Testosterone Level + PSA $100
*this does not include management or prescribing of Testosterone
*hormones will only be managed with a monthly concierge membership

GeneSight Testing

GeneSight Psychotropic is a pharmacogenomic test which means that it analyzes how your genes may affect medication outcomes. The GeneSight test analyzes clinically important genetic variations in your DNA. Results can inform your provider about how you may break down or respond to certain medications commonly prescribed to treat depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other psychiatric conditions.
$125/visit 
This DOES NOT include the cost of testing - you will need to:
*Taylor Ann will perform the testing in her clinic and give you the results to give to your prescribing provider, she does not take over treatment of psych medications, only performs testing, orders testing and interviews patient to ensure medication profile is correct on testing day

Notary Services

​What you will need to bring to your appointment

  • The document: The document you want to notarize

  • Valid ID: Valid photo ID that meets state requirements, such as a driver's license, state ID, or passport

  • Other signers: If anyone else will be signing the document, they'll also need valid ID

  • Payment: Payment for notarial services - $10/signature
